Santa Claus and the Nativity.
Easter and the Easter bunny.
Halloween and princess costumes.
Thanksgiving and football.
Expressways with traffic lights.
Free public education that charges for books.
January 'white' sales.
Hot dogs made of tofu.
'Scrap' booking that costs an 'arm and a leg.'
